We are inviting all those who care about Bromsgrove and its future to be part of this ambitious and hugely rewarding endeavour, to join us in investing in one of the UK’s top schools. Your gift will have a lasting impact, however large or modest. It is the accumulation of gifts of all sizes that enables us to reach our goals. Gifts can be spread over a number of years, for example, to fund a child throughout their education at Bromsgrove or to support our Houses and learning facilities. A gift of just £10 per month can mean £150 for the School each year, once Gift Aid has been claimed.
Regular giving is one of the most powerful ways to support Bromsgrove because it enables the School to plan for the future and it enables donors to manage their giving most effectively.
We also welcome donations of money, shares, land, property and works of art.
If you do not wish to use the online regular giving form, or you'd like to make a one-off gift, please download the PDF form (plus Gift Aid if a UK taxpayer) for your country and return by post or email to:
The Foundation Office | Bromsgrove School | Worcester Road | Bromsgrove | Worcs | B61 7DU
Tel: 01527 579679 | Email: foundation@bromsgrove-school.co.uk
On receipt of your donation, we will acknowledge your gift by letter.
Tax concessions for UK taxpayers can substantially reduce the cost of the gift to the donor and increase the total value of the gift to Bromsgrove as well. As a registered charity, Bromsgrove can reclaim tax on all donations made by UK taxpayers, thus maximising the value of the gift to the school.
Bromsgrove School and its Foundation are registered charities, which means that tax concessions can substantially reduce the cost of the gift to the donor. Gifts from US residents may claim tax relief by making their gift through the British Schools and Universities Foundation (BSUF). The BSUF has been determined by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to qualify under Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as a tax-exempt public charity. US taxpayers can make tax deductible contributions to BSUF of cash, securities, charitable trusts, testamentary trusts or individual retirement accounts. Donors must request their preference for their donation be used for the benefit of Bromsgrove School.
To make a donation, you can either send your gift directly to BSUF or complete our US Donation Form and we will forward it to BSUF on your behalf. On receipt of your donation, we will acknowledge your gift by letter. Information on how we will honour your gift can be found under Honouring our Donors.
Please ensure that you indicate Bromsgrove as your choice of school on the BSUF Gift Form when sending it directly to them, or on the electronic form available at https://donatenow.networkforgood.org/BSUF. It is helpful to alert the Foundation Office of your intentions as the BSUF notification can take some months to reach us at Bromsgrove.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries. Visit www.bsuf.org for more details or write to the address below.
