To help you survive being away from School during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have amassed some resources that you can use - some are links to external websites, some are exercise videos and some are thought-provoking worksheets and posters.

Mentally Healthy Schools - The Anna Freud Centre has published a range of resources to help support the mental health of children, young people, school staff and parents. Please click the links below to download these.

• Activities to ease anxiety that can be done at school or at home and other helpful advice, helplines and resources for adults and children.
