Double Tournament Winners

February 2020 started with a bang at Bromsgrove Prep, with our girls' netball team and boys' hockey team winning tournaments at Foremake Hall. 

Our U11A netball team won the Foremarke Hall Invitational tournament, drawing with Foremarke Hall ‘A’ 3 - 3 and beating The Elms 10 - 0, Foremarke Hall ‘B’ 12 - 0 and Warwick Prep ‘A’ 3 - 0. That put Bromsgrove at the top of their group and through to the semi-final versus Radcliffe College. The girls played superbly to win 9 - 2 and through to the final against Warwick Prep. The final was a closer game in comparison to the group stage match and by the end of the final whistle, the two schools were drawing 4 - 4. Bromsgrove upped their game in extra time to win 8 - 4. Well done to Amelia L, Xanthe M, Emily W, Holly D, Sammy R, Isla G, Ruby B, Rumer E and Farah C.



The U11A hockey team became the first Bromsgrove Prep boys’ hockey team to ever win the Foremarke Hall invitational tournament. The boys were worthy winners and swept all before them, which culminated in 3-1 win in the final versus Beeston Hockey Club, Nottingham. Well done to the team of Henry G, Joe B, Seth B, Mackenzie J, Alfie H, Tristan S, Henry F, Monty C and Beau L.
