Dear Oakley Parents and Guardians

We are delighted to have two new housemates this term, from Bromsgrove International School in Thailand. Rungkhao and Merry have settled very well and are already proving to be a real credit to their School:

We were pleased to welcome another new addition – our pool table had started to look rather tired so we have been able to replace it with an even better model. Let the tournaments begin:

Although exam season has well and truly begun for all, somehow the better weather still manages to lift the spirits. Here are the girls on their way to breakfast through our glorious grounds at the weekend:

The Upper Sixth started their exam leave last week and enjoyed a team building, highly competitive array of challenges. Alicia and Yana’s pillow fight might have offered a glimpse into what can happen after hours!

Another way to combat stress is through yoga and exercise. Mr Snelling’s tutor group took part in ‘Stressbox’, a class that uses stretches, meditation and boxing to decompress from a busy day at school. It was a really great event:
