Athletes through to IAPS National Finals

Well done to the boys and girls from Years 5, 6, 7 and 8 who took part in the IAPS Athletics on Thursday, 23rd June. 

A number of our athletes are now through to the National Finals. Congratulations to:

- Daisy C who became Regional Champion in two events - Long Jump (4.60m) and Triple Jump (10.13m).

- Hannah S who became Regional Champion in 75m hurdles (12.10 secs).

- Lucy D qualified in second place in javelin with a throw of 26.89m.

- The girls' U14 4 x 100m relay team also qualified (in second place) comprising of Hannah S, Daisy C, Grace D and Ariana J

- The boys' Year 8 4 x 100m relay team of Sam R, Ethan H, Lewis H and Simisola J.

- The boys' Year 6 4 x 100m relay team of Billy M, Louis U, William B and Sebastian P.

- Sam R Regional Champion Long Jump 5.39 metres and Triple Jump 11.45 metres

- Ethan H Regional Champion 300 metres 41.25 seconds

- Joseph H Regional runner up 300 metres 41.45 seconds

- Billy M Regional Champion 70 metres hurdles 11.34 seconds (School record)

- Louis U Regional runner up 70 metres record 11.68 seconds
