The U14 netball team enjoyed competing at the National Finals where the top eighteen teams in the country contested the title. In the pool stages, the team won five games and drew one, meaning they narrowly lost out in a place in the semi-final by a 0.6 goal average. After the play off games, Bromsgrove were placed in the top eight schools in the country.

After winning the district, county and regional tournaments, the U16 netball team also qualified to compete at the National Schools Finals. After eight hard fought pool matches where the team beat Cheadle Hulme, Brentwood School, Yarm, Torquay Girls’ Grammar, Wakefield Girls’ High and Stamford, they progressed through to the semi-finals where they faced a strong North Chadderton School. In a thrilling semi-final, Bromsgrove emerged victorious with a 12-11 win. In the final, the U16 team faced Redmaids High School. After a well contested match, they narrowly lost to be crowned the second best team in the country.
