Throughout their time at Bromsgrove, pupils have many important decisions to make about their future higher and further education choices and ultimately career options. These range from GCSE subjects, 6th Form courses and University plans to GAP year investigation and alternative modes of study or training such as Modern Apprenticeships. The Head of Careers assisted by a full time Careers Adviser and a dedicated team aims to give pupils the opportunity to explore all areas using interviews, lesson time, assisted/independent research and personal action plans.

The Careers Department encourages and welcomes students, parents and guardians to stay in contact and use the facilities and resources in the Careers suite.
