Girls' cricket begins in January with winter nets and coaching.  In the Summer term the 1st XI have a number of 11-a-side matches on Saturdays as well as evening 8-a-side games during the week.  This gives everyone a chance to participate.  The Girls also represent the school in local tournaments.  The Hereford Six-a-side tournament is a great day for the pupils and parents (with an excellent lunch for all!).  As girls’ cricket has increased in popularity we now enter two teams for the tournament.  We have been very successful over the years and look forward to regaining the trophy in 2006.
