Half termly news
It has been a very busy half term with nearly 40 new boys joining Wendron-Gordon House. They have all settled well, are bonding together and the famous WG house spirit is starting to come to the fore once again.
Our new Head of House Evgeny Komarov, Deputy Head of House Andy Wang and House monitors Danil Isaev, Gilbert Leung and Anthony Wong are already proving to be a great team at the top of the house this year.
Highlight of the House competitions so far was second place in the Senior Boys Swimming. Especially well done to Jan Carius, Abulkhair Mukassaliyev and Anton Stefano. We also competed well in both the Junior and Senior House Rugby. Special mention to Captain Harry Gray (Senior) and Joshua Bell (Junior) for their leadership, organisation and contribution on the field of play. There was good house spirit for the Inter-house song “Say Goodbye” by Chris Brown, conducted by Rohil Dattani and accompanied (Piano) superbly by Luke Ho. A good effort but last this year I am afraid! Maybe next time
Michaelmas term 1st effort and attainment grades have been pleasing. Very well done to: Headmasters Commendation: Jan Carius, Felix Ng
