Children's Author visits Prep School

On Thursday 3rd May, Years 5 and 6 had the pleasure of welcoming popular children’s author Ali Sparkes to School. Ali did a wonderful interactive talk for the pupils explaining how she became an author and also how she comes up with the ideas for some of her characters. It was an inspirational morning filled with laughter, smiles and even a monster drawing by Mr Pover! The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the chance to meet Ali and bought specially signed books as a way to remember the occasion.
