The three years of Pre-Prep are based in the main part of the old house, where the modern facilities sit alongside sympathetically restored period features of the original stately home.

Each of the three year groups in the Pre-Prep school (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) is divided into 3 parallel classes with highly qualified teachers and classroom assistants. The school follows, but is not restricted by, the National Curriculum. The main emphasis is upon developing the essential skills in Literacy and Numeracy but teaching also encompases ICT, art, drama, sport and music.

The School has consistently received excellent inspection reports from both OFSTED and HMC, the governing body of the whole of Bromsgrove School. Recent reports have again strengthened the School’s leading position.
