The Bromsgrovian Club

A wonderful time was had by about 60 Old Bromsgrovians and their partners at the Bromsgrovian Club President’s Dinner on 14th April, 2012 at Worcester College, Oxford University. Cocktails were held in the College Bar followed by dinner in The Hall. The Worcester College Grace was said by Matthew Taylor (Walters, 1968-1973), a wonderful speech was given by Simon Bucknall (School, 1990-1995) and as usual the Headmaster closed with a dynamic account of what is happening in the School. After dinner a great many of those present adjourned to the College Bar. Worcester College provided a wonderful setting and delicious food/wine. It also has a strong connection to the School, having been re-founded by Sir Thomas Cookes in 1714.

 

The Bromsgrovian Club Christmas Dinner took place on 5th December 2011 in the Old Chapel.  

The President's Dinner, hosted by current President Tony Hilton was held at The Chateau Impney in Droitwich on the evening of 12th September.
